Simply go to your applications, load the app called iSync, then in iSync's preferences click; 'reset sync history'. Next open up iTunes with your iPhone plugged in, then in iTunes under the info tab, scroll to the advanced section at the bottom and check the boxes for the programs which are not syncing properly (contacts, calendar, mail accounts, bookmarks or all). Once selected click 'apply', then hit the 'sync' button. Your iPhone should now sync properly.
